Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items are products that are not yet available for immediate shipment. A pre-order reserves inventory from an upcoming production run and guarantees priority fulfillment once the product becomes available.

2. Payment

Full payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed. Your order secures a reservation of inventory and production allocation for the selected product.

3. Estimated Shipping Dates

Any shipping or delivery dates provided on the product page, checkout page, confirmation email, or other communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Production, manufacturing, quality control, freight, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may result in shipment dates being adjusted.

4. Delays

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that delays may occur. We are not liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from delayed shipment or delivery of a pre-order item.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates regarding significant changes to estimated fulfillment timelines.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Pre-order purchases are considered commitments to reserve inventory.

Once a pre-order is placed, cancellations, modifications, address changes, or refunds may be limited or unavailable after production has been allocated. Any cancellation requests are subject to our approval and may be subject to processing fees, payment processing fees, or other deductions where permitted by law.

6. Combined Orders

If a pre-order item is purchased together with in-stock merchandise, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment. We reserve the right to split shipments at our discretion.

7. Product Variations

Due to the nature of manufacturing, final products may vary slightly from promotional images, mockups, prototypes, samples, or product descriptions. Minor variations in color, materials, packaging, placement, stitching, embellishments, or other details do not constitute defects.

8. Limited Releases

Pre-order products may be produced in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer and to cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale activity, or violations of our store policies.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks for products that remain within the disclosed pre-order fulfillment timeline may result in order cancellation and restrictions on future purchases.

10. Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations, production issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy and all other applicable store policies.

One important note: if you sell to customers in the United States, especially California, you generally should not state "all pre-orders are non-refundable" without legal review. Consumer protection laws can limit how broadly you can restrict cancellations and refunds. The language above is intentionally stronger than a standard policy while remaining more defensible than an absolute no-refunds clause.
