Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and shipping. (Pre-orders may take longer depending on the product). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details will be updated as your order is processed and in transit.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, any delivery issues — including lost, stolen, or delayed packages — must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. All packages are insured, and the carrier’s contact information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
